Hi everyone,
9 months on this earth and I’m back with more adventures. At some point in my life, I’ll be able to put my feet up and relax. But today is not that day, so let me tell you about this place I went to.
There is this crazy town full of lights, tall buildings, noises, and not a lot of babies. My parents kept saying “We’re going to Vegas baby!!” How sweet of them to sacrifice their time and take me somewhere so awesome!
Las Vegas…..what a beautiful place! This city has everything! Rides, shows, and food! There were all kinds of “all you can eat buffet” places everywhere! Nothing really for babies though. I did see a place where adults can go and see women with their shirts off, but that’s not the type of buffet I would want to visit.
To secure your spot in Vegas, the first thing to do is find a good hotel. I made sure that I negotiated a good rate for our room. The hotel staff was courteous and really listened to my needs.
Being the charmer that I am, they even made sure to get a room with a great big bed. Now I’m a sprawler while I sleep, so I hope the bed will be accommodating.
Ah yes, this will do nicely!
Next, it’s time to hit the strip and find some food. So many places to choose from, so many different varieties. Being the old fashioned kid that I am, I decided to go for a yummy sandwich. One thing to know about Vegas is portion sizes. Meaning, they don’t exist. Seriously, look at this thing!!
Next, it was time to see the sights. There was an endless amount of choices. I heard this rumor that there are some really cool tigers that perform in a show there. I’m sold! I couldn’t wait to see these majestic creatures in all their glory.
Huh……ummmmm…..yeah……. Good for you, tiger? At least I look good in the photo!
Next, time to hit the casino. I didn’t know much about what to expect. What I ended up finding out is babies and adults have a lot in common. We both like pressing shiny buttons on things that make noise to see what happens. I’m not sure how they stay in business doing this, but I look forward to coming back and doing this again!
Next up is hitting the bar! I heard Vegas is the best place to come and have a drink. There were people having drinks everywhere, in all kinds of bottles and glasses. I was so excited to have my turn. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, right? Well, unless you write a blog about it I guess. Just don’t tell anyone.
Oh, doctor! That is one delicious looking libation! I cannot wait to quench the thirst of this desert air by partaking in…….
Wait……….
I can’t????
But…..but……it looked so good!
Turns out, I have to wait a few years before I can enjoy this type of beverage. Oh well……..so, back to the casinos!
It was an amazing night of gambling! The tables were hopping, the dice were rolling, and the chips were flying all around. By the time I was done and back to my room, I would say this was one successful Vegas trip!
Aside from the (lack of) drinking, gambling, and all the other Sin City fun, I think the best part about this trip was being there with family. I couldn’t imagine coming to this town without such fun people! Thank you Daddy, Mommy, Pop-Pop, GiGi, Aunt TT, Uncle Andy, Aunt Teri and Uncle Scott for letting me show you a great time! I can’t wait for all of us to come back.
Well, that’s all the adventures for now. I’ll be back soon with more. There’s this whole “Holiday Season” thing going on so I’m sure I’ll have a lot more to tell. Until next time, thank you all for being here <3
